Strategic Plan

In 2025, CPRA contracted with Emily Davis Consulting to conduct a strategic planning process including data collection and analysis and a facilitated retreat. The three-year strategic plan identifies four priority areas of focus and outlines goals and action items for each area. This plan will guide CPRA investments and decisions 2026-2028.
