Important details for exhibitors at the 2024 CPRA Annual Conference in Keystone
Exhibitor Schedule

Exhibit Hall Traffic Flow:
Tuesday, October 29th
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening!
Refreshment Social for attendees & exhibitors (moderate/heavy traffic)
3:15 pm - 4:30 pm - Education Sessions (light foot traffic)
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Schmoozapalooza!
Door prizes, games, food & cash bars (heavy foot traffic)
Booth Set Up:
Monday, Oct. 28th from 1pm - 5pm
OR Tuesday, Oct. 29th from 8am - 2pm. Your choice!
All booths must be set up by 2pm Tuesday.
The exhibit hall opens at 2:45 pm.
Booth Break Down:
Tuesday, Oct. 29th from 7pm - 9pm
OR Wednesday, Oct. 30th from 7am - 9am
Exhibitor Registration Includes:
- 8' L x 10' W booth space
- OR 8' L x 6' W for tabletop display registrations
- 6 foot skirted table plus 2 chairs
- Pipe & drape (inside hall only)
- Electrical hookup
- Wifi Access
- Two booth representatives (Additional reps can be added for $165/person HERE.)
- Business name & contact information included in exhibitor directory accessible to all CPRA members.
- Food during the Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall
- The opportunity to join the CPRA Social taking place after the exhibit hall ends the night of 10/29.
