Network with your peers without having to leave the property! This lunch is open to all and section meet-ups are encouraged. $35/person to register.

Directors Section Lunch
The Directors Section is hosting their annual conference lunch and meeting on Thursday, October 16th at the Grand Hyatt!
The registration includes lunch and access to the meeting, and an update from the Colorado Lottery. You don't have to be a director to attend and you do not have to attend the CPRA conference to come to this event. $50/person to register.

Important Deadlines
Annual Conference Attendee Substitution & Refund Policy
Annual Conference Substitution Policy:
- There will be no penalty for substitutions received on or before September 12, 2025. Please contact CPRA to substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
- A $50 processing fee will be added to the original registrant for each transfer or substitution made between September 13 - September 30, 2025. Please contact CPRA to substitute attendees and pay the processing fee.
- No substitutions or transfers of 2025 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 1, 2025. Please contact CPRA for questions or concerns.
Annual Conference Refund Policy:
- There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before September 12, 2025. Please contact CPRA to cancel, substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
- A $100 processing fee will be assessed with the original registrant for each cancellation made between September 13 - September 30, 2025.
- No cancellations or refunds of 2025 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 1, 2025. Substitutions may be made until September 30, 2025 (please see the policy above for more details). Please contact CPRA to cancel registration(s).
