Important details for exhibitors at the 2025 CPRA Annual Conference in Vail
Exhibitor Schedule
*Exhibit Hall will be located in Alpine Hall*
Exhibit Hall Traffic Flow:
Wednesday, October 15th
2:30 pm - 3:15 pm - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening!
Refreshment Social for attendees & exhibitors (moderate/heavy traffic)
3:15 pm - 4:30 pm - Education Sessions (light foot traffic)
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Schmoozapalooza!
Door prizes, games, food & cash bars (heavy foot traffic)
Booth Set Up:
Tuesday, Oct. 14th from 3pm - 6pm
OR Wednesday, Oct. 15th from 8am - 2pm. Your choice!
All booths must be set up by 2pm Wednesday.
The exhibit hall opens at 2:45 pm.
Booth Break Down:
Wednesday, Oct. 15th from 7pm - 9pm
OR Thursday, Oct. 16th from7am - 10am.
Exhibit Hall Map & Vendor List
Access the Exhibit Hall Map and Vendor List. Please be aware that the some arrangements may shift slightly when the conference center sets up the ballroom. Tables will be marked with a piece of paper that has the vendor name on it so it's easy to find your place.
Reminders!
- Grand Hyatt Vendor Guide - Please read the Know Before You Go Vendor Guide for additional details regarding load in/load out, parking, shipping information, and other important guidelines.
Exhibitor Registration Includes:
- One 8' W x 10' L booth size
- One 6 foot table with black linens & with a table dropdown to create either a 6'x30" or 6'x18" table size
- 2 chairs
- Pipe & drape behind interior rows only. (It will not be behind booths against walls.)
- Electrical hookup
- Wifi Access
- Two booth representatives (Additional reps can be added for $185/person.)
- New this Year! Lead Retrieval access in the conference tracker app!
- Business name & contact information included in exhibitor directory accessible to all CPRA members.
- Food during the Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall
- The opportunity to join the CPRA Social taking place after the exhibit hall ends the night of 10/15.

Countdown to the Exhibit Hall Opening!
Grand Hyatt Parking
Self-Parking - Location is in close proximity to the Alpine Hall making it convenient to load in and load out If you are bringing in
your own materials.
- 15 minute parking for unloading and loading will be available in the 6 parking spots in the small parking lot outside of Alpine Hall.
- The Grand Hyatt recommends utilizing the free self-parking garage under Alpine Hall.
- Exhibitors may also load in at the front drive in front of the Grand Hyatt. Shipping/Valet can assist with moving boxes as needed.
*Please do not park on the side of the road for load in/out or parking as the City of Vail will be patrolling for cars illegally parked.*
Valet Parking - is available at the main entrance of the hotel. Pull your vehicle up to the front drive and our Valet Team will assist you with further directions. $62.00
Resort does not offer over size parking for box trucks or larger.

Each Exhibit Booth includes one licensed user to collect leads. Additional licenses can be purchased for additional devices on the app. Please download the app on your primary device using the QR Code above.

Shipping Information
To track your shipping items, please submit the following items, through Trip Hero at least four (4) weeks prior to your arrival. By doing this, your shipments will be placed on your exhibit table. Additional point of contact for all shipping Allan Flores allan@gotriphero.com.
