Important details for exhibitors at the 2026 CPRA Annual Conference at Beaver Run Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Exhibitor Schedule
*Exhibit Hall will be located in the Colorado Ballroom on the 3rd level*
Exhibit Hall Traffic Flow:
Wednesday, October 21st
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening!
Refreshment Social for attendees & exhibitors (moderate/heavy traffic)
3:15 pm - 4:30 pm - Education Sessions (light foot traffic)
4:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Schmoozapalooza!
Door prizes, games, food & cash bars (heavy foot traffic)
Booth Set Up:
Tuesday, Oct. 20th from 2pm - 5pm
OR Wednesday, Oct. 21st from 8am - 2pm. Your choice!
All booths must be set up by 2pm Wednesday.
The exhibit hall opens at 2:30 pm.
Booth Break Down:
Wednesday, Oct. 21st from 7:30pm - 9:30pm
OR Thursday, Oct. 22nd from 7am - 10am.
Exhibit Hall Map & Vendor List
Access the Exhibit Hall Map and Vendor List. Please be aware that the some arrangements may shift slightly when the conference center sets up the ballroom.
Exhibit Booths inside the Colorado Ballroom include:
- One 8' W x 8' L booth size (8' x 10' for Sponsor Row booths only)
- One 6'x18" table OR cocktail table with black linens (Must specify table choice on the registration)
- 2 chairs
- Pipe & drape behind booth
- Standard 120V/15 amp electrical hookup (must specify on the registration form if standard electricity is needed)
- Wifi Access
- Two booth representatives (Additional reps can be added for $200/person.)
- Lead Retrieval License in the conference app for $150 (Must have been purchased separately during booth registration)
- Business name & contact information included in exhibitor directory accessible to all CPRA members.
- Food during the Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall
- The opportunity to join the CPRA Social taking place after the exhibit hall ends the night of 10/15.

Countdown to the Exhibit Hall Opening!
Exhibit Booths in the foyer of the Colorado Ballroom include:
- One 7' W x 6' L booth size (Pipe & drape is not included in the foyer)
- One cocktail table with black linens
- Standard 120V/15 amp electrical hookup (must specify on the registration form if standard electricity is needed)
- Wifi Access
- Two booth representatives (Additional reps can be added for $200/person.)

Beaver Run Parking Information:
Self-Parking in the resort's parking garage will be complimentary for CPRA Conference attendees. Valet parking is also available through the front drive of the hotel for an additional fee.
Conference App
If you are an exhibitor that paid the extra $150 for a lead retrieval license, you will be able to scan the QR code on attendee name badges to retrieve contact information. This feature is included for most sponsors.
