Exhibitor Registration - Registration will open for exhibitors early May/June 2026. It will open 1st to current CPRA Industry Partner members. Interested in becoming an Industry Partner? Check out our CPRA Membership Page for details and the application.
Speakers/Session Proposals
We are now accepting breakout session proposals for the 2026 CPRA Annual Conference. The deadline to submit is end of day on Monday, March 16th.
Click the button below to submit your breakout session idea. Please note that this submission form is only for breakout sessions. Keynote speakers are selected through a different process.
CPRA Conference Session Proposal Process:
Step 1: Fill out the initial session proposal form by deadline.
Step 2: The CPRA Conference Committee will review all submissions and determine which sessions will move on in the approval process.
Step 3: If approved by the conference committee, you will be asked to fill out a more detailed session form which will be submitted for continuing education unit (CEU) approval.
Step 4: Should the CEU Approval Board have any suggestions on edits/changes to your submission, you will be notified and given a deadline to make the recommended change(s). If they do not have recommended changes for your session, it will be given final approval to be included at the 2026 CPRA Annual Conference.
