Attendee Registration - Registration for the 2025 CPRA Conference is SOLD OUT!
CPRA Room Block Reservations - The Room Block Reservation Deadline was Sunday, September 14th. There are no more rooms available at the CPRA group rate. Please contact the Grand Hyatt directly about room availability at the rack rate.
For an individual guest paying their own accounts to qualify as “Tax Exempt,” they must:
- Provide the Grand Hyatt Vail with a valid Tax Exemption Form issued by the State of Colorado.
- Certificates issued by any other state and/or federal agencies are NOT valid.
- Payment of ALL room charges must be made either by credit card and/or check issued by the government agency, organization that qualifies for Tax-Exempt Status. Payments may not be made in cash, by personal check, or with a personal credit card.

Speakers/Sessions - We are no longer accepting proposals for the 2025 conference. The deadline to submit was Monday, March 17th.
CPRA Conference Session Proposal Process:
Step 1: Fill out the initial session proposal form by EOD on Monday, March 17th.
Step 2: The CPRA Conference Committee will review all submissions and determine which sessions will move on in the approval process.
Step 3: If approved by the conference committee, you will be asked to fill out a more detailed session form which will be submitted for continuing education unit (CEU) approval.
Step 4: Should the CEU Approval Board have any suggestions on edits/changes to your submission, you will be notified and given a deadline to make the recommended change(s). If they do not have recommended changes for your session, it will be given final approval to be included at the 2025 CPRA Annual Conference.
