How do I email a group/section?

Go to the Section Page.


Click on Options.

  • Click on Email All Group Members


 Follow the prompts.

Please follow this template when emailing a group. 

Following this template will insure there is less confusion regarding your email.  If there is not enough information, the email may be perceived as spam and deleted.

  1. Create a clear subject pertaining to your email.

  2. Start your email with a statement such as: 
    • "A question from a (Section) group member...." 

  3. Body of email

  4. Signature
    • Providing a signature will allow readers to know who sent the email if your email address is not in their address book.  

  5. The unsubscribe message must remain at the bottom of every email.
