Can’t seem to find an efficient way to communicate with your Baby Boomer boss? Not sure how to pitch a new idea to your Gen X-er colleague? Running out of feedback to give to your Millennials? Why can’t the Gen Z-ers understand that you don’t want to be their Facebook friend? Over the course of this webinar, we will discuss strategies to help you effectively navigate through this unique, multi-generational workforce.

Presenter: Michael Labagh

Michael is the Aquatics Supervisor for the Town of Avon. He has been in the Aquatics Industry for the past 15 years. Aside from managing swim instructors and lifeguards, Michael has also been a swimming and volleyball coach at the age group, high school, and collegiate levels. As a member of the Millennial generation, Michael has been afforded the experiences to work with several different types of people as an employee, coach, and as a manager. Michael brings a unique perspective and will share his experiences and strategies regarding managing up, down, left and right within the multi-generational workforce.
